Nice’n’cheesy does it

Friday, February 12th, 2010

Raclette: it’s the distinctive flavour of an après-ski feast. But you don’t have to slope off to the Alps to enjoy this luxuriously smooth, supremely comforting chic cheese. Freestyle along the Fine Cheese Company now and grab yourself a whole kilo of yumminess for just £15; allowing an average of around 150g per person, you’ll have enough to feed an Olympic slalom team from now until the edelweiss makes its first appearance on the Matterhorn.

Don’t have a Raclette machine? No worries; melt the Raclette in heavy-bottomed tray in a 450c oven and, when almost liquid, serve the traditional way with boiled potatoes, crusty French bread and gherkins.
