Budding chefs, take note: there’s still time for you to enter the annual Chef vs. Chef competition taking place at the City of Bath College on February 17th. This annual event promotes modern British cuisine by allowing budding chefs of all ages to flaunt their innovative kitchen skills, creating dishes using locally sourced, seasonal produce.
The competition will be divided into three categories, by age (under 16, 16-23 and 23+) and judges will include local celebrity chef Martin Blunos and Gary Jones, head chef at the illustrious Le Manoir aux Quat’ Saisons.
Completed Entry Forms must be received by 1 February 2010, and The Pig will be keeping a close eye on the winners. Good luck, y’all!
