Crack along to the Theatre Royal’s egg theatre on Thursday April 22, when Bath’s legendary doughboy Richard Bertinet will be presenting a special ‘Chef’s Masterclass’ between noon and 1pm. Richard will talk about his love of food, introduce his latest book ‘Cook’, give a cookery demonstration and answer audience questions. Meanwhile, if Richard’s best-selling books ‘Dough’ and ‘Crust’ don’t yet adorn your kitchen shelves, now’s the time to get yourself a signed copy.
